🍞 Sourdough & Baked Goods

How should I store my sourdough bread?

Our sourdough is made without preservatives, so it’s best enjoyed within 2–3 days. Store it at room temperature in a bread bag, paper bag, or wrapped in a clean kitchen towel. Because of Florida’s warm, humid climate, bread may mold more quickly than in drier areas. If you won’t finish it within a few days, we recommend slicing and freezing it for the best flavor and texture. While refrigeration can help slow mold growth, it may also cause the bread to stale more quickly.

Can I freeze my bread?

Absolutely! Wrap the loaf tightly and freeze for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature, or warm it in the oven for that fresh-baked taste.

Do you use preservatives?

No. Our breads and baked goods are made in small batches without added preservatives, so they’re best enjoyed fresh.

🧼 Goat Milk Soap

What makes goat milk soap different?

Goat milk is naturally rich in vitamins and moisturizing fats that create a creamy, luxurious lather. Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches using quality oils, butters, and fresh goat milk from our own herd.

How should I store my soap?

To help your soap last longer, keep it on a well-draining soap dish and allow it to dry completely between uses.

Do your soaps contain lye?

Yes—but only during the soapmaking process. Lye is essential for turning oils and goat milk into soap. Once saponification is complete, no lye remains in the finished bar.

Do you use milk from your own goats?

Yes! We use fresh goat milk from our Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats right here on our homestead.
